Who are we?
We are a diverse set of academics interested in all aspects of evolutionary biology. Our primary research goal is to elucidate links between evolutionary genetics, trait adaptations and the ecological context they occur in. To achieve this goal we use a combination of evolutionary modeling and genomic and trait measurement tools, that we use to test the assumptions and predictions of our models. We are particularly interested in charismatic traits such as fig wasp sex and male morph allocation and cryptobiosis in tardigrades and other organisms in the bryophytic microcosms they typically inhabit.
